You hurt me very much by removing my name from the DJ hall of fame created by Marty Angelo and taken over by his consent by you - which results in my activity revealing my harm all over the world: http://legends-of-dj.blogspot.com/
I don't enjoy this blog at all and its high readability - over 9000 and growing up every month worldwide and what happened to me and other disco pioneers / names visible on blog sites.
You know how it was and that it was unnecessary, that you can cooperate all over the world and here in Europe where I have a lot of contacts / cooperations (my giant books) and a lot of good I could do for the right idea spread by LOV.
WE could organize LOV Europe including former communist countries of East Europe which are United Europe members today + also many other countries. Disco was very strong here in Europe that ('70) time :-)))))) Some people still alive and active.
So my serious questions is – if you plan anything good or bad Luis – consider this letter of you to me and your plan to “stop by and give me a great big hug in 2020”.
(where ?? – any gig in Hungary or Italia Tassinaris festival or Poland)
Is this a cruel joke of you against old deejay - or is it an announcement that you will fix mistakes and wrongs done to me and you will start cooperation:

It is hard to understand after all he did and you LOV against me.
You did removed my name of original DJ Hall of Fame by Marty Angelo.
He agreed to use created by him Hall but no changes !!
Library of Congress also removed LOV because too much fake and false !

If you call anything DJ / Artist Hall of Fame - First generation - so I'm perfect First generation. IT IS NO USA ONLY BUT WORLDWIDE. Many UK DJs, Italians (my newest book) before even Mancuso and all of you USA !! You did destroyed part of our beautiful history and its (all wrong you did) to be saved in the history as it is !! YOUR NAMES ON BLACK LIST OF DISCO / DJ HISTORY CRIMINALIST ENEMIES FOR GOOD !!
What for last summer Italia gig ? It is no USA also !! You guys must be open worldwide - especially deejays as me - real first generation 1970 and all my life. I'm 67 now and still active. Do I deserve respect or all cruelty you did against me ?? 'legends of vinyl' is no USA only - it is all over the world !! You should be open worldwide !! YOU DID MANY HUGE MISTAKES AND I HOPE ONE DAY YOU FIX IT ALL. You need no sooo negative publicity I do against you worldwide - over 9000 readers today and still growin' every month !!

If I'm "as rude as always" - it is just result of how RUDE was all luis and LOV did against me !! It is very hard to trust you guys ... Many people closer to you and whose know you do not trust you !!

Thank you Jackie for nice and honest words defence me.
Ofcourse me as Polishman who is living whole life (except 1,5 year in the USA) in Europe - Poland - I can not be so perfect in American-English as native Americans. But I know beyond any doubt my English is good enough - and that I am widely understood all over the world, having a lot of contacts and correspondence - 1969 until today. Of course, if someone wants to be rude and continue cruelty to me or just do not want to understand what I do write to him - then such a person insults me of not knowing English, etc.
Your letter to us is genius and you should be PRESIDENT of disco era deejays Jackie !! :-)
You always have the right and highly cultural / diplomatic opinion. And what I see you never agree for anything what is wrong, false or fake in history of disco and DJs. Even book authors about disco history do not care so much for !!
As you wrote - we are all old people and we know perfectly that we will not live forever. We should do as much order in our history as possible and as soon as possible !! We should leave a clear message for the next generations of deejays, etc. people interested in the roots of discos and the profession of disco deejay. I am open to cooperation with everyone who will take care of the above ...
As you know I'm very active for very early '70 until today and do not matter I'm Polish because I've done much more for disco, DJ and our history than not one / many Americans - even a disco pioneers.
In the '70s I lived in the oppressive communist regime and had the young-fanatic-stupid-courage to play and popularize forbidden(!!) music in Poland - music from the USA and UK. Political police repeatedly called me for interrogations, they searched my apartment, confiscated records sent from the USA, magazines, awards, etc. They warned me that I should stop it because I resist / risk my life if I don't listen to them !!
Many people from the USA, UK, Italia, etc. - they appreciate it and give me respect - ONLY NOT LUIS ORELLANA AND HIS LOV !! It is more than strange for me. I realize that I am not an ordinary Polish deejay there who does not count / not important for such Americans as Luis or Al, etc. Well, but did they risk their lives to play their beloved music? Probably not ... I expected some gratitude at the end of my life, not harassment, persecution and humiliation.
In 1989 I start / submitted documentation at INS LA and apply for political asylum and I had a great chance to get it and live in the USA today. Well, at the same time, Mr. Walensa overturned the communist system in Poland, thanks to which the Berlin Wall and the entire communist USSR system in Eastern Europe collapsed a moment later! INS then told me that I should return to Poland and build democracy. Of course I agreed with this and returned ...
Early ’90 in Poland - that was horrible hard time … Country was destroyed by communists as after war ! No food, no job, no money – just nothing … Poland is much better today but still far away of USA or UK life standard.
I do live modestly and even poorly life here in Poland for a low pension and I don't have any excessive ambitions - NOT ANYMORE ! Since I am in the place of my life in which I am - apparently it must have been ...
I wrote books and expected many people interested real disco history told by its creators but they do not ... OK - I can live with this fact. Maybe they buy and read after my death one day :-) I wrote, spent over 10 years for and this is all what author can do ...
I dream of agreement with everyone, cooperation and joint actions as long as we can manage :-)

Jackie was also one of 'legends of vinyl' (LOV) directors and he helped to fix history criminal move by crook, swindler luis orellana and return my name on 'Disco DJ Hall of Fame' (my name removed by orellana very illegal way - check blog). Jackie finally removed 'legends of vinyl' (LOV) from USA Library of congress - because of all illegal LOV did against disco and DJs history, etc. !!
My opinion is - Jackie McCloy should become PRESIDENT of THE DISCO ASSOCIATION to all '70 disco era pioneer deejays, artists, journalists, authors, etc.
